For example, for the sale:
In case of inter-cabinet, our fees will not exceed the values expressed in the present scale as well as the value indicated on the sale and/or research mandate granted by the principal.


For example, for the rental :
Fees to be paid by the tenant :
Fees for the visit of the tenant, constitution of his file and drafting of the lease : 8 euro;TTC per m2
Fees for the realization of the inventory of fixtures : 3euro; TTC per m2
